When I started out in graphic design 11 years ago, I often met people who held the wishful assumption that aesthetics alone could deliver a project.
I quickly learned that no amount pixel-pushing and perfecting would make up for lack of positioning or a bland bunch of copy.
I'm driven by a relentless desire to understand an idea and boil it down to its purest form. I love navigating the trajectory from business concept to a customer's "aha" moment.
Eight years ago I moved beyond graphic design and expanded my skill set with writing, communication design and product design as a mature student at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, one of Canada's top design schools. Upon being awarded a full scholarship, I moved to New York City to finish my education at the School of Visual Arts. Although my formal education ended there, learning and development continue to be an essential part of my day-to-day.
In 2012 I started my design consulting practice in Montreal and later relocated to Melbourne, Australia. I work with clients across all industries, delivering strategic, insightful and well-designed tools that get results.
Do you have a project on the go that you might need some help with?
I'm always happy to discuss, consult and strategise, no commitment required.
